DAY – 5 (Time for Weekend)

Morning: Did not feel like doing the flush this morning. I decided to do it on Saturday morning instead. Kinda wish I had, as I didn’t have to go to the Bathroom at all today. (Gas kicked in full speed though) – Remember “Don’t Fart!”
Drank lemonade throughout the day. Felt pretty much the same as yesterday. AWESOME!!!
This afternoon I build a 9′x13′ stage floor. So got exercise. Had to watch the family eat though, which sucked. But one glass of water after another, and plenty of conversation I made it through fine. It really helps my motivation knowing my friends are doing this as well.
10PM: Weighed in when I got home @ 214lbs. (That’s 13lbs in 5 days) Seriously feel like it would had been more, but I didn’t flush and I drank like 1/2 gallon of water during dinner.

Regarding the exercise: I had plenty of energy. There were a few times were I felt like I had a lump in my throat, and I felt hungry. I gulped half a glass of lemonade every time I felt like that. (About twice, in the 2 hours I was working on the stage.)
Looking for good results this weekend. Hope I hear from the gang. If you’re out there, post responses and I’ll approve them to be published for others.

The cleanse has started. We both weighed in this morning so we can keep track of how much we lose.
Matt and I did our flush this morning and boy that was nasty!! I do have one question though…is the water we drink throughout the day filtered water from the fridge or spring water? Just want to be sure we’re doing it right.
With the mega powered juicer, I was able to make the lemonade in a few minutes and made enough for Matt and I today…maybe part of tomorrow.
I am glad we’re starting on the weekend so we can learn what to expect but do have 2 family planned meals, 1 today and 1 tomorrow, so we’ve already called and said we’re coming but not eating.
We’re looking forward to shedding some extra pounds!

Filtered water should be fine. We hardly ever drink tap water, so always have 2-3 cases of Dasani, or whatever tastes good. On the diet I’ve been mostly drinking the lemonade. A few minutes ago I had a glass of the spring water, mostly out of convenience. I usually have a Dasani nearby.
Referencing the book, it makes no mention of what kind of plain water to drink. So think you’ll be okay.
